18 Year Old Girl (YW vs RS)

Question. We have an 18 year old YW who has been put into the Laurel Presidency. However, when I go into MLS to add her as the 2nd Counselor her name doesn't show up. She is showing up in RS. How do I see the records for this 18 year old in the YW records?
