Can anyone tell me how to go about printing mailing labels from MLS?

Once you select a list you wish to print, mailing labels should be one of the options in the drop down box.

export to csv and then use an excel program if you don't want to use the labels as they are generated out of MLS.

But does that give you the optional "Mailing Address" fields if used?

It sticks in my mind it's tricky to get those as they don't show up in all reports.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

If you do the export from a mailing labels screen, then the Mailing Address fields are included. The key is to make sure you go down into a mailing labels screen before doing the export -- don't do it from the main report screen. Detailed instructions are on the wiki at Exporting mailing labels.

I was just set apart as the new ward clerk and had this come up. (My old ward clerk reminded me) You can bring up the list you want labels for and then go to the "File" "Print" menu and it will give you an option to print mailing address labels. From that point you can "select all" and remove the ones you don't want, or you can individually select the people you want for labels printed.
