Building Scheduling for Out of Stake Ward

In our Prescott Valley, AZ stake, we have 3 church buildings used by 8 wards. One building is our stake center, and since there were only 2 wards meeting there, recently the YSA Ward from the Prescott Stake moved their meetings to our stake center. Since the bishopric of the YSA Ward is not in our stake, they are unable to schedule events on our calendar and manage their meetings. In fact, I don't think any of their auxiliaries presidents have the ability to create events or reserve rooms in the building, etc. How can we set them up to manage this building along with our other wards now that they attend our building?

Thanks in advance,

Sam Roberts
Stake Exec Secretary

That is correct. But that's not a problem.

You can find details here. Scroll down to "Locations and Resources Shared by Multiple Stakes".
