Qt reports

Line 5 qt reports , Prospective elders advanced to the Melchizedek priesthood , our stake totals do not reflect actual prospective eldes ordained. ?
Have the ordinations been properly recorded on the membership records? It can only go by what's in the membership.
Have any of those elders since moved out? I'm not sure if it tracks those ordained and then moved out prior to the end of the quarter.
