Hi there,
I have been asked to give a senior missionary couple access to the Member Progress Record. Apparently, the Missionary Department and Member Record Department have said if the missionary couple is entered in the stake roster as an assistant stake clerk, they can have access to this report. This raises two questions in my mind. First, I don't necessarily believe such access should be given to a senior missionary couple because other information can be viewed within MLS. Secondly, as far as I can tell, I cannot access ward Member Progress Records on the stake level. Any feedback you can provide would be great. Thank you.

I would tend to agree with you, and suggest you talk to the SP. But the answer to the second question could make the whole thing moot.
