Does anyone have a list of the responsibilities of the ward clerk as outlined in the Handbooks? As I go through the Handbooks I find that the ward clerk is mentioned in several places. Also I thought the ward clerk had the responsibility to keep minutes for Bishopric meeting but I can't find the reference in the handbooks.

If you carefully read Handbook 1, Section 13.4.2, and follow all the links from there to other sections in Handbook 1 and Handbook 2, I think you'll pretty much cover every responsibility.

See Handbook 2, Section 18.2.6: "The bishopric usually meets at least weekly. The ward clerk and ward executive secretary attend; the clerk keeps a record of assignments and decisions."

I'd start by reading General Handbook 33.2, "General Instructions for Clerks" and 33.4.3.
