Can Stake Clerks Order Handbook 1?

I am a new stake clerk and the stake president asked me to order a Handbook 1 in Spanish for a new bishopric member. How can I order this? I cannot seem to locate this in the "Purchases Materials" section of the clerk resources. Thanks.

Note that you should have made a good effort to get the old book from the released member.
