Convert Data Entry Error

I'm a mission secretary in Uruguay and have been putting in all the baptismal records for the past month in the Convert Data Entry system. On the last three that I have attempted to put in, upon finishing and choosing to close and save the record, it notifies me that the program was unable to save the record and that I should contact the Stake Clerk. As I am a missionary, I am unsure of who to go to and would like to solve the problem ASAP as our deadline for this month is in just a few days.

There should be someone who provides technical support to the mission office. Sometimes it is a stake clerk or technology specialist, or it may be someone out of the area office.
That is the person you should contact.
