What to do with voided temple recommend

I am the district clerk and am wondering if there is anything specific that I need to do with a voided temple recommend following a disciplinary council where the member was excommunicated?

If the recommend was activated, with the district president's permission the recommend should be cancelled. The recommend itself normally would then be destroyed.
