When you have a membership record that needs to be moved and cannot determine the member's current address, this is the process to move the record in LCR:

• Click on Membership > Move Records Out.
• Use the Member Lookup field to search for the member (or one of the members) to be moved.
• Select the members to be moved out of the ward and click the Continue button.
• On the next page, there is a prompt that asks "Is the new address known?" Select No.
• You will be prompted with a series of steps that should be completed before move the records. Mark the steps that have been completed.
• If there are steps that need to be completed, you can save the partially completed move and return to it when those steps have been completed.

While some of those steps are quite easy, some require some footwork. I'd suggest you involve the ward council in accomplishing those steps as it's a sizable task to do some of those (interviewing neighbors, checking with known friends in the ward, etc.)
