The Young Single Adult attendance roll is not listed in the new MLS version 3.5.1 in Organizations/Print Rolls and Lists. How do we print a new attendance roll?

I'm unaware of a YSA "class" that's in need of a roll. Assuming this is a Sunday School class, you probably need to split an existing class.

That is a great idea of splitting a class. So I did that splitting the Gospel Doctrine class and naming a new class "Young Single Adults". My question now is how do I enter the Membership Criteria? I can see the following list but it is grayed out and appears not accessible: Minimum Age at Beginning of Year, Maximum Age During Year, Sex: Male or Female, Minimum Priesthood Office, Maximum Priesthood Office and Is Married. I would prefer to use the criteria to actually do the splitting or do I have to split it manually?

Starting with MLS 3.5, there is no longer a capability for entering class membership criteria. When you do a split to create your YSA class, your only option is to designate each individual member of that new class.

But the MLS Quarterly Report still requires to report YSA attendence. How do we track it if it is not accessible anymore? :O

You can print a YSA custom report that has only the names on the list. Since the quarterly report only needs YSAs attending priesthood or Relief Society you can use the custom report to annotate the RS and priesthood rosters just before entering into the quarterly report. Or you can print two custom reports, one for the sisters and one for the brethren to be used for taking attendance in the RS and priesthood meetings. The format for an attendance roster can be created by copying the report data and pasting into a spreadsheet for manipulation.

We use the first method of comparing the attendance rosters for both RS and priesthood meetings against the custom report to get the figure to enter into the quarterly report.

It does? I know the budget allocation is based on "YSA Attendance", but that's a calculated estimate (details). I've been away from quarterly reports for some time, but if that number is estimated, it seems surprising that it would be explicitly asked for on the report.

It is line 13 on the report.
