Missionary Online Recommendation System

I'm a branch president and I've worked through a few online applications without problem but my in-laws have completed their online application but the Review and Accept Privacy Agreement under my mother-in-laws section is checked but grayed out and will not allow them to click on it to review or accept. This seems to be holding up the ability to submit the application.
The other sections under both names are complete and checked off. Under his name the RAPA box has been check and accepted.
I've went through every section and cannot seem to find the problem
Any suggestions would be appreciated.......

When a married couple fills out a missionary application online, almost every single step can be filled out by one of them signing in and filling out the requested information.

There is one exception: the Review and Accept Privacy Agreement must be accepted by each person signing in with his or her individual LDS Account and clicking that they agree to those terms.

This is a fairly common point of confusion in our stake. The husband fills out much of the information, or while the husband is signed in, the wife fills in the information. But for this point, she must sign in with her LDS Account to do that one step of agreeing to the Privacy Agreement.

That's great. I had completely forgot about that. I've been scratching my head for 2 days now trying to figure out the problem.
Thanks for the help.

The system does not recognize my wife's username and password which have been reset to make sure that they are correct. What to do? We have used the new user name and password to review the membership record to make sure we have the right username and password. When we come to the privacy portal in the application for her and we enter the new user name and password it continues to say we have the wrong user name or password for her.

Your bishop or branch president will need to authorize your missionary application, and then you should be able to begin your paperwork using your regular LDS Account sign in and password.

My wife and I have filled out all the on-line missionary recommendation system forms with our Bishops help. We have our medical papers signed and scanned, but can't find our previously saved on-line form? Please email [removed] or call Bobby Newsome [removed] to find these missing documents that we thought have been saved into your system.

Without a more detailed description of the problem, it's unlikely anyone will be able to help very much. The feedback mechanism on the page or app is usually the best way to get help. For web apps, clearing the browser cache and deleting relevant cookies can sometimes help.

I'd try incognito mode.
