Email Distribution List Not Updated

A member of our ward has sent an email reminder out about an upcoming calendar event through the web calendar function. An individual whose records had been moved out of the ward several months earliers was somehow on this distribution list. Does anyone know why this would happen or how to update the distribution list?

The member in question needs to log into the new calendar. That should reset them.

If the member was moved out to "address unknown" it's possible they'd have to be moved into a new ward first.
Have you searched the Wiki?
Try using a Google search by adding "" to the search criteria.
