New and Old Missionary Medical form entry conflicts

In some cases we have prospective missionaries who have used the online Missionary application process who have previously printed out the older medical forms but when they actually applied the newer medical forms were engaged on the online system. The opposite is also true where they had previously entered the application process but actually printed out newer forms. The result is we have paperwork taken to the doctor, filled out and signed, then returned to the stake as part of the process. Since there are small differences where the data required is different then actually present on the hard copies we cannot move forward with clearing the documents to continue to submit them to the Church Missionary department. How should we proceed. Should we enter bogus info and scan the hardcopy with an indication of what we did or what? Examples include the specific gravity test now replaced with a dipstick blood test and the blood type info required now no longer required.

I called missionary medical about this on Friday and pointed out the issue. I had an application that wouldn't let me "finish" without the correct info (we got it from the doctor). Today I entered another one with the same problem and left the dipstick blood line blank. I figured it would flag the error, but it happily accepted the blank field and marked the medical form as complete. Perhaps that has been removed as a required field at the moment given the discrepancy in printed and online forms.

Thanks for the feedback ... I ended up having to call Missionary Medical. This is a bit of a problem right now with the transition to the new forms. I ended up getting permission to place certain 'bogus' values in fields to get through but all this under the direction of the church doctor followed with me attaching the appropriate documentation explaining what I did. In other words if someone else has this same issue you had better call in and get approval.

Those urinalysis dipstick values for protein and sugar are the only things preventing me from submitting a young man's application. I asked him to call his doctor after Christmas and get those values for me.
