Do the charges assocaited with ordering curriculum materials get applied to the individual auxiliaries or to a general curriculum budget line item?

Are the Daughters of My Kingdom books suppose to be paid by the Relief Society budget?

Purchases made using the unit account are charged to the unit. LDS Distribution Services can only debit a unit. They have no capability to debit organizations within a unit.

The unit will see the charge appear in Budget:Distribution Center Charges. If you wish, you can edit the expense to recategorize it. Your unit will receive an IROP (Internal Record of Purchase) through MLS for the order. IROPs are viewable in MLS in the menu item Finance > Finance Statements.

This really depends on how your unit has allocated your unit budget allowance. Our unit has one curriculum category for the entire unit. Other units may have organizations pay for curriculum materials out of their organization's budget allocation.

It sounds like I need to figure out how our unit had planned on handling this.
