We will be hosting a General Authority for our upcoming stake conference. We received several documents in the mail that we need to complete and send back. I'm wondering if there might be a way to obtain these forms electronically?? The forms are for a "suggested meeting schedule," and then a "confidential tithing report" form that asks for a listing of stake priesthood leaders...

I'm going to try and scan and see if I can find a version of adobe that will allow for editing... but it would be more efficient if I could get ahold of these electronically. I'm the stake clerk...

Is there a point of contact in the church administration building with whom I might correspond to obtain the precise forms?

When a general authority presides, we've found it best to work directly with his office on questions such as these. Some of the forms are quite standard, but often a general authority will have his own particular format he likes. He will have a secretary who can work through such details with you.

We do not have the contact information for the secretary of the member of the 12 that is visiting our stake. Is there a general phone number or email I might call to inquire? Or, perhaps, may I contact you outside this forum to obtain the necessary contact info?

Call CHQ. Press "0" for an operator. Then ask for "The office of" the visiting member of the 12.
