With your mission call, you should have received instructions on how to accept your call. Go online to the location specified and follow those instructions.

My daughter just received her call; however, when we try to enter the PIN she was given, we receive an error message that says her pin is incorrect. What do we do?

There seems to be an issue with my missionary Portal. When I select the "Things to do Immediately" and "What to do next" there is nothing to do. Each section is blank. Is there anything I can do??

I have recently received my call to serve. But now when I try to go back I can’t seem to find my original call letter where can I find it at?
