The FM office assistant was instructed to used datagone as 2 of the computers she was trying to erase would not work with DBAN She has been trying to find the version that the Church allows to be used but has not had any luck. Any help would be appreciated.

The church has a utility on the mls.lds.org website.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Interesting. I thought it was our job to wipe the hard drives before they were turned in to the FM group. :rolleyes:

BTW, the church "allows" any wiping software to be used, as long as it does the job.
