Remote Desktop Connection
Prior to having Sophos Firewall on the unit PC's we were able to utilize Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection to be able to provide remote support for computers and to be able to remote into the clerk PC during meetings to be able to bring up information while meeting. Does anyone know how to setup the Sophos Firewall to utilize RDP again?

Posting "methods for circumventing Church policies or security mechanisms" is prohibited by the forum's Code of Conduct.
So unless a church employee determines that the blocking of RDP was a inadvertent result and not due to a security policy, we can't answer your question.

Before anyone jumps in to begin a discussion of remote access, policies, and security mechanisms you may want to search the other threads that have already addressed this issue. A good one to begin with is this one.
You will note that most of those threads discussing remote access are old and some resulted in a review of the Code of Conduct specifically to address circumventing security measures and Church policies. Those threads have been left in place so that this issue would not be resurrected yet provide a good source for understanding our current situation regarding remote access to administrative computers. Since there have been no changes in policy we must enforce the Code of Conduct as Russell has stated.
