visiting teaching problem

#1

Post by kalaniandtawny »

I'm in charge of visiting teaching for our ward. one of my supervisors is able to log into her account just fine, But when she brings up the clerk resources, her district is not there. She has done everything she can think of, and we have asked everyone we know, if they know how to fix it. So, I hope I am at the right place. If not, can you tell me where to find the solution. Thanks so much :D

First check to see if the district is there by having someone else with access to visiting teaching records sign in. If the district is not there then it is most likely someone deleted the district. If that is the case then the district may have to be recreated.

Now it is working through LDS.org, but she still can't pull it up on the LDS tools app.

Make sure she is signing into an LDS account that is linked to her membership number. Often times spouses share an account in which case the account might be linked to her husband and won't work.

Just making sure, her name has been inputted as the district leader and that was done more than 24 hours ago. It takes roughly 24 hours for everything to cycle and sync with the main church servers. You may have to re sync the LDS tools app to get it to work. It won't show up automatically.
