We just got a new computer and I was told the setup program created a new admin user "LocalClerk".
Is that right? I thought the new admin user was supposed to follow the instructions located here: https://www.lds.org/help/support/new-cl ... r?lang=eng (which has a different default Windows User than how ours is set up).
Thanks~!

Yes, that issue has been noted in another thread. While we haven't gotten word back, I think the community consensus is that it should be just "clerk".
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

We had the same issue with a new Lenovo desktop, it installed with [password] and we just changed the account to "Clerk"
Went into Control Panel > User Accounts > Change Your Account Name
