Problems buidling new Clerk computers

I am a Stake Technology Specialist and have been for about 3 years. In the past I have had access to the web site to download the software need for setting up Clerk computers. Now I can't. When trying to download the software, this message shows up:

"The content on this page is restricted to certain roles. LDS Account sign-in is required."

...I am signed in... :confused:

In trying to figure out why I can't access this, I found that I can no longer access firewall info on tm.lds.org either. It gives me this message:

"You do not have permission to view this page. If you believe you've reached this page in error, please contact your stake or district technology specialist."

...I am the 'stake or district technology specialist' and contacting myself didn't work. :mad:

Just to be sure that I wasn't released and not told, I check MLS. It still shows that I am the STS. So how do I get access to the software downloads and firewall info now?

You will need to have your stake clerk change your calling from a custom position to the standard one of Stake Assistant Clerk--Technology Specialist.

So, from what you are saying, what must have happened is that the clerk must have created a custom calling and moved me into it from the standard calling? Because I was able to access it before. He must have been 'organizing' things.

According to the web directory, I am listed under >Stake... >Technology >Stake Technology Specialist. Is this a custom calling?

JonesRK has special access to the CDOL. He's looked at your position.

Note: If your calling was recorded as a standard calling, you'd also have access to cdol.lds.org. If you can't log in, then that's your clue.

That is one possible way it might have happened.
