Windows Update Fails Daily for TinyTEM_MLS Install

Windows Update Fails Daily for TinyTEM_MLS Install
We have several Windows 7 computers that show that <TinyTEM_MLS> was attempted to be installed by Windows Update, but failed. The entries in the Windows Update History shows it was attempted daily for several weeks, starting back in September 2012. We have already installed <TEM_ClerkPC.exe> back in November 2012. Anyone have any ideas on what is causing this? Bad registry entry as suggested in similar posts for Windows XP?
