Unable to update Google Chrome on clerk computer

I am unable to update Google Chrome on the clerk computer. See attached screenshot. The error listed directs me to this Google help page, which reads in part,
The alternate installer fails silently (with no error), unless I try to run it as administrator, in which case I get this error, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I tried relocating the file to another folder, with the same results.
Lest anyone think I am messing up the ward computer with malware,
I checked to make sure I'm not running Chrome as administrator. This is a known issue with the Google Chrome auto-updating mechanism and can be avoided by simply running Google Chrome as a normal user. Additionally, keep in mind that for security reasons we recommend that you don't elevate the privilege of Google Chrome to administrator.
You can also try reinstalling Google Chrome and install through an alternative installer.
