Sophos Icon Missing

One of our machines was getting a Sophos error on startup and it wasn't running. I reinstalled it (twice) and there is now no error and the services are running but there is no icon. And windows reports that it is out of date, but without the icon I can't force an update. I can't find any way to do it in the app as everything is locked down, and I can't access the logs either. I tried the FixIssues script mentioned in another post but nothing changed. Any ideas?

Note that it is now running 9.5. It was running 10. (The installer on clerksupport says 10 but apparently is really 9.5?)
