Please note that the ClerkSupport.lds.org site contains both public and secured content. The secured content is available only to people who have signed in and have the correct roles to access that information. So in general, it is inappropriate to take any of that secured content (such as the message you posted) and make it public by posting it here or on any other public site.
In this particular case, we were told by Church employees responsible for the content on ClerkSupport that it is okay to leave this message in public view, so we will let this post stand. In the future, we would ask all LDSTech Forum participants not to post secured content without first obtaining permission to do so.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
