Just keep in mind that things downloaded from mls.lds.org are for clerk computers only. Things downloaded from familysearch.org/remote are for FHCs only.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
