Is there a Patriarchal Blessing form in MLS?
Is there a welfare "needs" form in MLS?
Is there a welfare "needs" form in MLS?
There is a Patriarchal Blessing recommend in MLS. Make sure your Patriarch's information is in MLS correctly and it will save a lot of time.
There is not (to my knowledge) a welfare needs form in MLS, but I think that one is now available for download.
