We have had situations where the bishop ask me to hold onto a record (presumably because he is finishing up a disciplinary matter) even though a person(s) has moved out of the ward. I have not sent them out but the clerk from the new ward requests them and they go out.
Is there a way to "hold" a record so that it does not go out until the bishop advises that it is okay?
