Can a person have their church membership record in two wards at the same time?

Discuss questions around local unit policies for membership (creating records, transferring records, etc.) This forum should not contain specific financial or membership information.

The only issue with out of unit records is that they do not show up in the new ward directory that used lds.org. They do show up in MLS. In the classic version they did, but no now. I wish that they would fix it.
