So twice in the past few months SLC has sent new mebers to the ward without an address. All they send is a city name (6 wards are in the city) and a zip code (4 wards are in that zip code)
What is a clerk to do with something like this, and what is COB thinking?
The Clerk gets asked by the EQP or HPGL what the deal is with the new members on their HT records.
Is something broken in SLC? Does the ward just send them back?
