I have a ward clerk in my stake who is experiencing problems with MLS. When he goes to enter the birth country on the member's record as an update of information he has problems. Here is his message to me.
"MLS on the Oak Hills ward computer no longer allows us to enter a country in the place of birth, etc. It sometimes complains about this, and directs us to a list of countries. The list is empty. "
Is anyone else having this problem and found a way to correct it. I was going to perform a reinstall of MLS to see if that would help.
