The ward(s) that currently have the membership records uses the Boundary Realignment function in MLS to send the records. Details can be found in the MLS help file.

It is quick and easy if the person who has the membership record now sends it to the new ward.farwest wrote:After approval for realignment of two wards who puts the membership changes into their new respective wards?
Under the MLS Membership Records Panel click More.
Under the Moves Panel click Boundary Realignment.
Enter the new unit number and click off the families that need to be moved.
