With the influx of all the cell phones, people are getting away from having home numbers. The problem lies in the fact that there are more than one cell # (i.e. one for each member of household). How can you have all the numbers listed for each person? We would like to put contact #s on the Ward list.

How can you have all the numbers listed for each person? We would like to put contact #s on the Ward list.

There is no easy way to do this right now. You can create a custom field, but then can only use a custom report to extract that data.

It is a common request to be able to attach a phone number to individual records. See Multiple Email Address / Cell Phone Fields in MLS for one thread, which references other threads that discuss this topic. You'll see in that thread that there is indeed some hope for this to be implemented in the not-too-distant future.
