Error message while trying to save a proposed ministering route

Error message while trying to save a proposed ministering route

EQ presidency member here. We're trying to make changes to ministering routes, and when we click "save" under the proposed assignments section, we get the following error message:

"Sorry, something went wrong loading the requested data. Try refreshing the page, or try again later."

Neither of these two approaches has worked yet. Any other ideas or tips?

Clearing your browser cache and/or deleting relevant cookies _might_ help. (It's probably a good idea to write down or print out the proposed changes before attempting that.) On the other hand, I hear there are problems with the domain name changeover that is currently in process. You might be out of luck until all that stuff gets taken care of.

RS secretary here - how do I do the browser cache/cookies thing mentioned above? I am having the same difficulty as dcpierce9000.
