We have a situation where we need to prevent a youth's records from being requested by one of his parents in another Ward. Is there any way to prevent the record from being "taken" by another Ward?
I could not find any references to locking a record, but perhaps I missed it.
Thanks for any feedback!
Best regards,
Lars

There's an 800 number your Bishop can call at Church HQ to request a freeze on a membership record. We had one recently in our ward, different circumstances, but same process.lrundquist wrote:We have a situation where we need to prevent a youth's records from being requested by one of his parents in another Ward.
