Patriarchal Blessing for incarcerated individuals

I have a request for a blessing for a person that is incarcerated. This individual has a blessing recorded. Is there a way as the branch clerk, to access records so that I can download the blessing, or do they have to request it in writing?

I'd suggest contacting support. I've not seen any way for someone to obtain the blessing of another living person.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
