Nonmember spouse is baptized and still shows on nonmember on members record

Post by sheepishlion2 »

I have a member (member A) whose spouse (member B) was recently baptized. The spouses (member B) membership recorded has been created successfully, however, on the member A's record his spouse (member B) still shows up as a nonmember in the Family tab in LCR. The recently baptized spouse's (member B) record is correct. How do I fix member A's record so that his record has his wife listed as a member?

You call the Global Service Center and ask them to create a ticket for the Membership Department to make that change. It takes a few days.

Or you can send a message through MLS to the membership department describing the issue and what you need done.
