Create new record after baby blessing not working
I have tried twice over the last 2 months to create a new record for a recently blessed baby. After entering all the requested information and submitting, the record is never created. Is there a list of outstanding record requests somewhere or did my submission fall into a digital black hole? Should I just keep trying over and over again?

I would contact support. One thing I'd be leery off, if this was a out-of-unit blessing, the new record may be appearing in the parent's ward where you wouldn't see it.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
