Unable to Delete Marriage

Unable to Delete Marriage

A single member is falsely listed as having a marriage to a nonmember. There is no name given and no marriage date or location. Is there a way to delete the marriage without terminating the marriage using the Change Marriage Status button?

Since the marriage never happened, it would be best to contact the Global Service Center to correct the membership record. If you do it, the record will show that there was a former marriage which, in this case, does not appear to be true. The GSC will be able to fix the membership record correctly.
