Couple separated, husband still shows up in LDS Tools

Couple separated, husband still shows up in LDS Tools

So, we have two sisters married to non-members. In each case, the record detail shows the husband in the FAMILY but not in the HOUSEHOLD. However, in one case, the husband does not show up in LDS Tools. In the other case, the husband does show up and it's not a good situation because the couple has split. How do I get the husband who is gone not to show up in LDS Tools? There will be a divorce but not for several months.

The process is described in the Directory FAQ. Note: you'll have to contact Support. There's nothing you can do on your end until the divorce is final.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
