If you do not see it in LDS Tools, speak with your ward clerk or membership clerk.
I have a calling that allows me to see them all in LDS Tools, so I do not know if a member will see his own ordination dates.

I can see my own ordination to Elder, but not to Priest.
My calling doesn't let me see anyone else's.
