MLS not syncing with LCR

MLS not syncing with LCR

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone else has found that the MLS database isn't syncing completely with LCR. My bishop had me make a fillable list with just names, and individual contact info. People filled in their current info. However a lot of the e-mails and cell phone numbers they wrote in were already in LCR. Is there something else besides transmitting in MLS I need to do so that its as current as LCR?

Occasionally the two can get out of sync. Doing a Unit Data Refresh should fix it.

Thanks. I'll give this a try on Tuesday. There is a lot of personal contact info that can be found in LDS tools and LCR but isn't accurate in MLS.

This seems to be happening to me a lot in the last few months. Mostly with new records moved to the ward that show up in LCR but not MLS, at least not for several weeks in MLS. Is this happening much to anyone else?
