Many times membership records of inmates are sent to our Correctional Facility Branch. Most the the inmates are homeless or without a home ward or branch. After they serve their time, they are released and we do not have contact with the released inmate. Can these membership records be sent to the "Address Unknown" file?

If you go though the steps listed for "Address Unknown" as far as you are able, I don't see why not.
