Membership records
I just moved out someone's records but I didn't know their address but I know their ward and the family that they live with. I would like to rectify the changes but I can't because the records moved out before I could put in the ward address because their is no physical address for them for where they live.

Contact the ward directly and given them the information you have. They should be able to request the records.

If you don't know how to do that, use https://cdol.lds.org and login... search for the ward unit.
