My bishop is asking for a method to allow members to sign up for tithing settlement that does not include a piece of paper tacked to a bulletin board.
He's thinking of a website that will will only show available time slots without showing names of other members who have signed up. And, it would allow for the bishopric to see Names and times of everyone who has signed up.
Any ideas on sites that would provide something like this would be appreciated.

Re: Sign up for tithing settlement
I'm not sure how you could do that without forcing everyone to create a login - or at least going though some kind of email/sms confirmation process so they can later change their appointments. Having to register for "yet another site" is likely to cause a low adoption rate. Lower than a piece of paper.dougj wrote:He's thinking of a website that will will only show available time slots without showing names of other members who have signed up.
Since the church doesn't have such a site, LDS Accounts can't be used for this.

Thanks. Doodle.com might work. We can hide participant names and allow only one entry per participant. A counselor thinks his BYU Qualtrix account might work, also. We'll see.

One thing we did in the past was just assign times to all the families and ask those that couldn't make the assigned time to work with the executive secretary to reschedule. We had quite good participation.

That's a good idea. We did that with building cleaning and it went very well, also.
