We have updated several Melchizedek Priesthood Ordinations but they still show on the Ordinances tab as awaiting Action. The Ordinance information shows as completed, but the Save button is Inactive.
The Stake Membership Clerk did the original entry. I, the Stake Clerk, have also tried to save.
Any thoughts on what we missed?

See this post. Recording the ordinance in MLS breaks the workflow.
Try using a Google search by adding "site:tech.lds.org/wiki" to the search criteria.
