I have a member in my ward that has duplicate records. The person is the same but the names on record are in different order. I'm not sure how I can delete one of the records or even if I can. How would I go about deleting one of the records?
Make sure the birthdates and other important details match – it's possible a random person with a similar name was accidentally moved into your ward at some point.
