How to correct hidden priesthood ordination

I need to correct an error with a priesthood ordination which is now hidden because the new ordination has taken it place would anyone know how it my be achieved?

Why do you think you need to correct that error? When, for example, a young man is ordained a Priest, his ordination to the office of Teacher no longer appears on his membership record, and if there had been an error on that ordination, it really doesn't matter.

Its was on an audit that the date of the endowment couldn't be before the date of receiving the Melchizedek priesthood although the only priesthood show is the High priesthood.

The ordination to elder does not get hidden when someone is ordained to High Priest. So if it doesn't show the ordination to Elder then it was never recorded. I'd try just entering the ordination in LCR (which may have to happen on the stake level now). If it doesn't allow you to enter it then I'd send a Special Request in MLS and ask CHQ to record it (select Membership > Records > Special Requests from the MLS menu).

That stake should use LCR to record the missing ordination.
