Yes the stake puts the infomation in the Leadership and Unit Change Request form. If that is sent via MLS it goes up to CDOL automatically. If a paper copy is sent in then someone at Headquarters enters that into CDOL.iamrkh wrote:With regard to the ordination of a new bishop, how is it recorded and who records it?
